Returns & Exchanges
At REVIEWUP, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:
Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your product.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed through Stripe and credited to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please return it to ReviewUp. Once we receive the defective item, we will ship a replacement to you.
Customized Products
Customized products can only be returned if there is a typographical error made by ReviewUp. Returns or refunds are not permitted if the incorrect information was provided by the customer.
Proof of Purchase
Customers must provide an order number and email us from the same email address used to place the order.
International Returns
International returns are accepted under the same terms and conditions as local returns.
